The time has come to launch FitnessHealthPlan.com Blog. This is my beginning post and I will have to admit this is my first internet site. It’s our goal at FitnessHealthPlan.com to preserve a blog that’s comprised of information that will help you with your Fitness Health Plan and dieting. Most of all we would like to hear for you. Send us your comments, pictures, recipes, and Youtube Videos. We would like to make your pictures and videos of exercises routines a feature items in the top of FitnessHealthPlan.com. The pictures are approximately 175 PX H and 283 PX W to accommodate the feature exhibit area at the head of the page. If you like we can size them after you send them to us. Each post will feature information on dieting, exercise, nutrition, fitness, health, or planning. If you have success story on exercise and dieting, please share your plan with us. It may assist someone else. Please send in your question and we’ll post in FitnessHealthPlan.com to find some answers. If you have tried diets and exercise plans that don’t work, we will try to provide information that will be helpful.
